Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing Bacanora Hojas Mágicas! We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 7 calendar days of your purchase. If 7 calendar days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

• If the item arrives damaged, you must take photographs.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at atencionaclientes@bacanorahojasmagicas.com and send your item to: Michoacan 322 Colonia Olivares C.P. 83180 Hermosillo Sonora.

Exempt Goods

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

• Items with special promotions. Partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

• Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address: Michoacán 322 Col. Olivares C.P. 83180 Hermosillo Sonora.

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
